I just realised I had a Motor Engineers Pocket Book from the fifties, it has a section in it for the David Brown Cropmaster. Under the heading David Brown it says :-

Cropmaster
VAG/IC

CARBURETOR.........Solex FV 30
SETTING...............Vertical
Choke....................23
Main....................100/51
Compensation............-
Progression...............-
Slow Running............40

Dunno if this is any good to you.
