I don't want to brag, but they both get worn out on a regular basis.

Nice looking 500. I've got a soft spot for Fiat Pandas, the current Mrs Grunt had one when we first met, I got a load of stick when I used it for work asking how many miles it did to the bamboo shoot. It used far more head gaskets than bamboo and it eventually went for scrap. Occasionally I look out for one to restore, but so far the right one hasn't turned up.

I restored "Juppy" that little 4x4 Panda a few years ago. It now resides in the Lane motor museum in Nashville America. as far as I know its the only Panda ever to have been registered there.

It's the same year as the wife's. The back seat always amused me, a bit of cloth strung between two ally poles!

Yours must have been a MK1 if it had the cloth seats. MK2 seats were actual seats lol.

It had the F.I.R.E. engine which was a bit embarrassing when I had to go and buy parts for it.

This is a MK1 I resorted a few years ago. Of course turned out after I sold it that it happened to be the oldest surviving RHD Panda left!
