Im not 100% on this, but i thinks its:
Get No. 1 piston to TDC (see other faq on "Common Torque Values/Settings" for how to get TDC), and then it is a case of lining up the scribed marks on the timing gears. One of the gears has elongated holes to allow for fine adjustment.
